Terms of Use

These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between the legal entity TifoLabArt (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", or "us"), operating the website tifolabart.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), and any natural or legal person accessing the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments, billing, and handles returns. By making a purchase on our Site, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.

Ownership of all artworks, designs, logos, texts, graphics, photographs, and other visual/auditory content on the Site belongs to TifoLabArt or the respective owners. These contents are protected by Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and international laws. License and Usage Limits: Digital content purchased on the Site is for "Personal Use" only unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership; it only grants the right (license) to download and use within specified limits. Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of purchased digital files on any platform, or converting them into commercial products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) for sale is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

We sell digital products, fanzines, and community subscriptions. While digital goods are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, we comply with Paddle's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if the digital content has not been downloaded/accessed, or if the file is proven to be defective. User agrees to use the Site for purposes that are not contrary to law, morality, and public order; not to use viruses/software that would prevent the system from working; not to access other users' information unauthorizedly; and not to make posts that violate the rights of third parties.

TifoLabArt reserves the right to change, temporarily stop, or completely terminate the Site's design, content, or services without prior notice. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Site content is provided "as is". TifoLabArt is not responsible for hardware/software damages or data losses that may occur on the user's device as a result of using the Site.

Processing of personal data is carried out within the scope of our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

TifoLabArt has the right to update or change these terms unilaterally at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the Site.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall be applied in the resolution of any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms of Use, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
