Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

All products and memberships sold on tifolabart.com are digital content (downloadable artwork, fanzines, templates, community subscriptions, etc.). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Therefore, all transactions and refund processes are securely handled by Paddle in accordance with their consumer policies. While digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, TifoLabArt offers refunds under the following specific conditions: Unused/Undownloaded Content: If you have purchased a digital product or a subscription plan (such as Ultra or Capo) but have not downloaded the file or accessed the exclusive content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Once a digital file is downloaded or an exclusive community section is accessed, the right to request a refund is waived, except in cases of technical defects.

2. File Errors, Technical Support, and Defective Items

Customer satisfaction is important to TifoLabArt. In case of technical errors—such as a corrupted digital file, a non-working download link, or receiving the wrong file—please contact us at info@tifolabart.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working link or the correct file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue and deliver the working product as promised, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
